While there are many companies out there advertising “low” rates, we understand that not all transactions really happen in 1 day.  This is especially true for some states where only one transaction can be done per day.  As investors ourselves, we fully understand that, and so our fee’s are for any properly structured transactional loan, even if it spans for more than 1 day!

Tempo Funding fees are simple and affordable:

• 2 points (2% of the total sum borrowed) for all amounts
  or a fixed fee of $1750, whichever is higher.

UNLIKE OTHER TRANSACTION LENDERS, OUR 2% FEE IS APPLICABLE TO ANY PURE TRANSACTIONAL DEAL UP FOR UP TO THREE (3) DAYS!!!

• $395 administrative fee (includes wiring costs, etc)

For example, the fee for a 120k transaction would be 2%, or $2,400.00; whereas for a 60k transaction, the fee would be $1750.00.  The above prices are accurate for up to $1 million.  For amounts above $1 million, the fee’s may be slightly higher, please contact us for more information on fees for loan amounts over $1 million.
